Building Solutions Group is one of the recipients of the
Los Angeles Conservancy 
2009 Preservation Awards, which recognize outstanding achievement in the field of historic
preservation.
Building Solutions Group
designed the mechanical, electrical and plumbing of Pisgah Village,
chosen as one of winning projects for this year.
BSG worked with Ena Dubnoff Architects in revitalizing a full
city block which had fallen into serious disrepair and were vulnerable
to demolition and created a
cohesive village with forty-seven units of low-income senior housing.
A preservation trifecta, Pisgah Village improves lives, preserves
history, and enhances the community.
