Our Principals believe in a collaborative process between staff and client; each share responsibility for the successful design and execution of projects. They maintain hands-on involvement throughout our projects. This provides key experience in the design in order that the owner and the architect can, in turn, make informed decisions about the function of the facility. This affords quick decision making that, at times, only a Principal can deliver to the design team. Thus, the quality, uniformity and schedule are assured.
